More new patients from Google, without paying per lead

When someone moves to town, chips a tooth or wants their smile fixed, they search Google, compare the dentists on the map, read reviews and book with one of the first few. We build the website, rankings and map listing that put your practice in that short list.

What usually keeps a dental practice off page one

New patients compare you in the map results

Most people choose a dentist from the three practices at the top of Google Maps, judging by stars, reviews and photos. If your Google Business Profile is thin or your reviews are old, patients pick the practice down the road.

Your website lists services but doesn't win them

Implants, Invisalign, veneers and emergency visits are the treatments that grow a practice. If they share one “Services” page, Google has nothing to rank you for, and patients searching for them find someone else.

Booking takes too many steps

A patient who has to call during office hours, wait on hold or fill in a long form will often give up. A simple appointment request that works on a phone at 10pm captures the patients your front desk never hears from.

Directory and marketplace sites take your patients

Booking marketplaces and directory sites often outrank individual practices for “dentist near me”, then charge you to be featured. Ranking on your own means new patients come straight to you.

Questions dentists ask us

How long does it take a dental practice to rank on Google?

Most practices see movement in the map results within two to three months once their Google Business Profile and website are fixed. Competitive treatments like implants or Invisalign in larger cities usually take four to twelve months of steady work.

Do you work with dental groups with more than one location?

Yes. Each location gets its own Google Business Profile work and its own location page, so every office can rank in its own area.

Will my website collect patient health information?

No. Our appointment request forms only ask for contact details and the reason for the visit in general terms, and say clearly not to include medical details. Health records stay in your practice management software.

Will I own my website and domain?

Yes. Your domain, website and Google Business Profile belong to your practice. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.

Do you lock practices into long contracts?

No. Monthly plans run month to month. You only commit to 12 months if you choose the bundle that takes $1,000 off your website build.
