By accessing or using RankOps at rankoperations.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

RankOps provides an AI-powered SEO audit platform that crawls web pages, analyzes on-page ranking factors, generates optimization recommendations, tracks keyword positions, and produces page blueprints. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier.

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be 18 years or older to use the service
• One account per person or entity — no account sharing

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs for auditing that you do not own or have permission to audit
• Use the platform to generate content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the RankOps API
• Resell access to the platform without a written agreement
• Use automated tools to create accounts in bulk

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are as displayed on the pricing page.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Payment: All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

RankOps retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its AI models, algorithms, and software. Audit reports and generated content produced for your websites belong to you.

The RankOps platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that using RankOps will improve your search engine rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email 14 days before changes take effect for material changes.
