Terms of service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms apply to your use of rankoperations.com and to services provided by Rank Operations, a brand of NTech Inc.. A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Services

We provide website design and development, search engine optimization, Google Business Profile management and related services, as described on our pricing page or in your proposal.

Payment

• Website builds: 50% due before work starts, 50% due at launch.
• Monthly plans: billed in advance at the start of each month.
• The SEO audit is paid in full before work starts.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing month. If you chose the 12-month bundle discount and cancel early, the website discount becomes payable.

Ownership

Once your website build is paid in full, you own the website, its content and its code. Your domain name and Google Business Profile always belong to you. If you end our services, we'll hand over access to everything that's yours.

No ranking guarantees

Search engines control their own results. We commit to doing the work in your plan, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or numbers of leads.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that content, photos and logos you give us are yours to use, and that the information about your business is accurate, including licenses and insurance you advertise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
