Built by an IT veteran for the businesses that keep homes running

Meet the founder

Ven Nagireddi has spent 25 years in IT, in roles that cover far more than building websites. He has designed and built websites, managed production databases and created data warehouses that turn raw numbers into decisions.

That background shapes how Rank Operations works. A website isn't a brochure; it's a system that has to load fast, stay secure, be understood by Google and capture every lead. Local SEO isn't guesswork; it's a set of measurable signals, tracked every month.

Why contractors

Roofers and other trades do skilled, high-value work, yet many lose jobs to competitors who are simply easier to find online. Big companies have engineers and analysts for this. Most contractors have a website someone built years ago and a Google listing they haven't touched since. We bring the same engineering and data discipline to contractors, at prices published up front.

We're starting with roofers, and adding other home-service trades and local professionals as we grow.

How we build

Our websites are built on modern technology (Next.js), the same kind used by companies like Netflix and TikTok, instead of templates stacked with plugins. For you, that means a site that loads fast on a phone, doesn't break when a plugin updates and is much harder to hack.
