Get your dental practice into the Google Maps results

For many patients, the map at the top of Google is the whole search. They compare three practices by stars, reviews, photos and opening hours, then call or book. Your Google Business Profile decides whether you're one of the three.

Set up correctly from the start

Wrong categories, missing treatments or hours that don't match your website quietly keep practices out of the map. We fix the foundations first: categories, treatments, insurance and accessibility details, hours and booking link, all matching your website exactly.

Photos and posts that show your practice

Patients want to see the office and the people before they arrive. We keep your profile fresh with office and team photos and regular posts about new treatments, hours and offers.

A steady flow of patient reviews

Reviews are one of the main reasons a patient picks one dentist over another. We set up a simple way to ask every patient for a review after their visit, and help you reply to every review professionally, without ever disclosing anything about a patient's care.

One profile per location

For practices with more than one office, each location gets its own optimized profile and its own page on your website, so every office can rank in its own neighborhood.

Common questions

Is a Google Business Profile free?

Yes, the profile itself is free from Google. What you pay us for is the setup, optimization and ongoing management that gets it ranking and bringing in patients.

How should we reply to a negative review?

Briefly, calmly and without confirming that the reviewer is a patient or mentioning any details of their care. We draft replies for you that follow that rule and invite the person to contact the office directly.

Can you remove bad reviews?

We can't remove genuine reviews, and no one should promise to. We can report reviews that break Google's rules and bring in enough new reviews that one bad one doesn't define your practice.
